RETURN & EXCHANGE
You can request to return or exchange the product that you buy from edda-studio.com within 10 business days beginning from the order date.
RETURN
To start the return process, please create a return request from the 'my orders' tab on edda-studio.com and send an email to hello@edda-studio.com to let us know your name, order number and a brief description of why the item is to be returned.
Once notified, please place the item you wish to return in its undamaged, original packaging, without removing the labels, and pack it securely. We will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the return and determine if your product is in returnable condition, we will notify you via email. Refund will be made within 3 to 10 days depending on your payment method, in case we determine that your product is not in a condition suitable for return, it will be sent back to your address via courier and the return shipping fee will be covered by the customer.
EXCHANGE
To start the exchange process, please contact us by send an email to hello@edda-studio.com to notify us within 10 business days with your name, order number and a short description of why the product will be exchanged.
After notification is made, please place the product you want to exchange into its undamaged, original packaging, without removing the tags, and package it safely. Please note that the exchange shipping cost is covered by us.
After we receive the returned item and determine whether or not your product is in condition suitable for exchange, we will notify you via e-mail. Exchange with new item will be made within 3 to 10 days. In the event that we determine your product is not in suitable condition for exchange, it will be sent back to your address via courier and the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Returned or exchanged products should be in their undamaged original box and unused.
Their tags shouldn’t be removed.
Return of product is not accepted in international orders.
In case products have any additional accessories, they should be sent in their undamaged original boxing.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made in 5 business days beginning on the date your returned product depending on your bank. After the status of returned product is examined, you will be informed via e-mail. Refund will be made in the same method you use while you purchased the product, the amount will be returned to your credit card.

Bildirim yapıldıktan sonra, lütfen iade etmek istediğiniz ürünü hasarsız, orijinal ambalajına, etiketlerini çıkarmadan yerleştirin ve güvenli bir şekilde paketleyin. İade nakliye masraflarını biz karşılayacağız.
İadeyi aldıktan ve ürününüzün iade edilebilir durumda olup olmadığını belirledikten sonra sizi e-posta yoluyla bilgilendireceğiz. Para iadesi, ödeme yönteminize bağlı olarak 3 ila 10 gün içinde yapılacaktır. Ürününüzün iadeye uygun durumda olmadığını tespit etmemiz durumunda, kargo yoluyla adresinize geri gönderilecek ve iade kargo ücreti müşteri tarafından karşılanacaktır.
DEĞİŞİM
Değişim sürecini başlatmak için lütfen hello@edda-studio.com adresine bir e-posta göndererek 10 iş günü içinde adınızı, sipariş numaranızı ve ürünün neden değiştirileceğine dair kısa bir açıklama ile birlikte bize bildirin.
Bildirim yapıldıktan sonra, lütfen değiştirmek istediğiniz ürünü hasarsız, orijinal ambalajına, etiketlerini çıkarmadan yerleştirin ve dikkatlice paketleyin. Değişim kargo ücretini biz karşılıyoruz.
İade edilen ürünü aldıktan ve ürününüzün değişim için uygun durumda olup olmadığını belirledikten sonra, sizi e-posta yoluyla bilgilendireceğiz. Yeni ürün ile değişim 3 ila 10 gün içerisinde yapılacaktır. Ürününüzün değişim için uygun durumda olmadığını tespit etmemiz durumunda, kargo yoluyla adresinize geri gönderilir ve iade kargo ücreti sizin tarafınızdan karşılanır.
İADE & DEĞİŞİM KOŞULLARI
İade edilen veya değiştirilen ürünler hasarsız orijinal kutusunda ve kullanılmamış olmalıdır.
Etiketleri çıkarılmamış olmalıdır.
Uluslararası siparişlerde ürün iadesi kabul edilmemektedir.
Ürünlerin herhangi bir ek aksesuarı olması durumunda, hasarsız orijinal kutusunda gönderilmelidir.
İADELER
Para iadeleri, bankanıza bağlı olarak iade ettiğiniz ürün tarihinden itibaren 5 iş günü içinde yapılır. İade edilen ürünün durumu incelendikten sonra tarafınıza e-posta yoluyla bilgi verilecektir. Para iadesi, ürünü satın alırken kullandığınız yöntemle yapılacak, tutar kredi kartınıza iade edilecektir.
